Since there was no representation for the petitioner on 26.07.2017, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 30.10.2017 and 31.10.2017 also, there was no representation for petitioner. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', neither the counsel for the petitioner is present nor is there any representation on his behalf. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
