O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents and Ac.0.60 cents respectively situated in Sy.No.163/1 and 163/11 of Rayavaram Revenue Village, Markapur Mandal, Prakasham District which was assigned to the petitioner vide proceedings dated 26.03.2011. In pursuance to the same, the 4th respondent mutated the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and pattadar pass books and title deeds were also issued in her favour. While so, the 4th respondent is now trying to evict the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignments on instructions submits that the respondent authorities are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner and in case, the respondents require the land of the petitioner, they would follow due process of law. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondents shall not dispossess the petitioner without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J Date: 23.08.
