Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla submits that in view of the order dated 12.09.2016 passed by this Court in Contempt Case No. 883 of 2016, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand closed.
