ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not including the eligible persons in the voters list of Purini Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the objections filed by her. At the hearing, Mr.T.Narasimha Chary, learned counsel representing Mr.P.Gangarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the elections in connection with which the dispute arose were held pending the writ petition, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
