THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 13245 of 2015 ORDER:

Questioning the action of the 4th respondent in not taking action on the representation dated 20.10.2014 filed by the petitioner, this writ petition is filed.

2. Briefly stated, the case of the petitioner is that he is in possession and enjoyment of Ac.0-10 cents in Survey No.231/5A of Manendram village, Ramakuppam mandal, Chittoor district and the subject land is a private patta land. While so, the respondent authorities issued patta in favour of the 5th respondent on 18.09.2003 in respect of the subject land. While stating that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the subject land and alleging that patta issued in favour of the 5th respondent was due to misrepresentation of fact, the petitioner made several representations to respondents 3 and 4, including the latest one on 20.10.2014, seeking cancellation of patta granted in favour of the 5th respondent, but no action is taken on the representation till date. Hence, the writ petition.

3. Having heard both the counsel and on perusal of the record, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.10.2014, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from today.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________
