HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15744 of 2016 ORDER:

1. In spite of notice before admission issued on 06.06.2016, there is no response from the respondents even after service of notice. In the circumstances, this Court is constrained to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the action of the respondents in not absorbing the petitioners into aided posts of SGBT, as arbitrary and illegal.

3. As could be seen from the material on record, the petitioners were appointed as teachers by the 4th respondent-Management. The petitioners claim that they possessed the requisite qualifications for absorption into aided vacancies. It is also their case that aided vacancies are available in the 4th respondent-Management and proposals were also submitted for the absorption of the petitioners into the aided posts. Alleging that the respondents failed to consider the said proposals, this writ petition was filed.

4. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the request of the petitioners as per the proposals submitted by the 4th respondent-Management for absorption into aided posts and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
