HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 9428 of 2013 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2012 for promotion to the post of Archaka of Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy Vari Devasthanam, Inavole village, Wardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
