Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri E.Madan Mohan Rao, the learned counsel for Assistant General Manager cum Disciplinary authority - respondent.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent in initiating disciplinary proceedings vide No.(3-0) (DPC) (VSP) R-IV/ 08, dated 29.06.2004 against the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri E.Madan Mohan Rao submits that after completing the enquiry, the petitioner was removed from the service and hence no orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
