This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.380 of 2018 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the Court of V Additional District Judge cum Family Court, Jangaon.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh application. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
