THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25959 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite lapse of considerable length of time, the second respondent herein is not taking action against the application filed by the petitioner for regularization of plot No.262 in Survey Nos.61, 62, 64, 65, 68/1, 68/2, 69, 69/1, 70, 70/1, 71, 72, 72/1, 73, 76, 77, 85, 85/1, 86, 94, 120, 121, 122 to 126 of Puppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal (presently Gandipet Mandal), Ranga Reddy District. On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, Sri Y.Rama Rao, that if the said application is pending consideration as on today, necessary action will be taken/appropriate orders will be passed strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the application dated 31.12.2012 said to have been filed by the petitioner for regularization of plot No.262 in Survey Nos.61, 62, 64, 65, 68/1, 68/2, 69, 69/1, 70, 70/1, 71, 72, 72/1, 73, 76, 77, 85, 85/1, 86, 94, 120, 121, 122 to 126 of Puppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal (presently Gandipet Mandal), Ranga Reddy District, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
