When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri V.Satyam Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation, that necessary notices under the provisions of the Municipal Corporation Act will be issued and further action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, with a direction to the 2nd respondent-Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, to issue notices and to proceed thereafter, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notices to all the stakeholders.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
