This Criminal Petition under Sectiort 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.13, in Crime No.564 of 2O2l of Khammam II Town Police Station, Khammam District. 2.

On this day, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet is filed in this case. 3.

On hearing the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh Criminal Petition.

Permissionaccorded.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is gralted to the petitioner to move a fresh Criminal Petition in case the cause survives.
