This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A4 requesting to quash the proceedings in Crime No.424 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Golconda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioner/A4 and others for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 & Sections 3 and 4 of the A.P.Land Grabbing Act, 1982.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the charge sheet has been filed after completion of investigation and, therefore, the petition may be disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner/A4 to approach the trial Court and file an appropriate application, which the law permits. 3.

Recording the submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the trial Court, which the law permits.
