Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Smt.K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments, appearing for the second respondent.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if the petitioner herein undertakes only renovation of the existing structures, the second respondent-temple authorities will not interfere with the same, but, if they take up any other activity of constructing permanent structures, it may be kept open for them to take action as per law. The said statement is placed on record.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
