Ms. Anjana Dandekar, learned counsel, representing Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, seeks an adjournment, but, the Case Status Report would clearly show that the First Appeal in A.S. No.76 of 2015 between the parties was dismissed on 1.9.2016. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 14.8.2015 in I.A. No.619 of 2015 in A.S. No.76 of 2015 on the file of XX-Additional District Judge, Vijayawada. In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
