This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of order passed by this Court in WP.No.30372 of 2017, dated 08-09-2017. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Singareni Collieries Company that the order in the writ petition has been complied with and no further orders are required in the contempt case. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings issued in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, in accordance with law.
