Petitioner assails the impugned order dated 30-07-2017 passed by the 3rd respondent in removing him from service from the post of Field Assistant.

Though the petitioner seeks to question the impugned order on various grounds, inasmuch as it is fairly conceded by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for respondents that against the impugned order, appeal lies to 2nd respondent. In the circumstances, without expression any opinion on the merits of the matter, it is open for the petitioner to avail statutory remedy of filing appeal before the 2nd respondent, and on such an appeal being filed by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, therefore. 3.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
