CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.15255 of 2013 Dt: 16.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 & 2 not to entertain any case of the Respondent No.3 as it is barred by jurisdiction and other grounds mentioned in the above Paras."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

A perusal of the record shows that notices sent by the Registry to respondent Nos.3 and 4 have been returned unserved on 04-06-2013. On 20-02-2014, this Court has permitted the Counsel for the petitioner to take out personal notice to the unserved respondents. In spite of the same, proof of service has not been filed. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The Writ Petition is, therefore, liable to be dismissed for these reasons. Even otherwise, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed as in the absence of any stay, it is reasonable to presume that respondent No.1- Forum might have

CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.15255 of 2013 Dt: 16.08.2018 entertained the dispute filed by respondent No.3 and adjudicated the same.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.18451 of 2013, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
