THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.21579 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.78 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, V.Kota Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Sections 323, 324, 506 and 509 read with 34 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition if so advised. Permission is granted.
