THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD A.S.M.P.No.2334 of 2017 IN/AND APPEAL SUIT No.15 of 2017 JUDGMENT:

A.S.M.P.No.2334 of 2017 is filed to record compromise and pass a decree in A.S.No.15 of 2017 in terms of Memorandum of compromise. The petitioner/appellant also filed a Memo vide USR No.2603 of 2017 to record fresh terms of compromise. 2.

Both parties are present and they are identified by their respective counsel. They also filed photostat copies of Aadhar cards in proof of their identity. Learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter has been compromised outside the Court. Both parties have filed Memorandum of Compromise and fresh terms of compromise and they agreed to the terms of said compromise and requested this Court to pass a decree recording the compromise. 3.

Considering the request of both parties, the Memorandum of Compromise entered into between the parties and the fresh terms of compromise, A.S.M.P.No.2334 of 2017 is allowed and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise and fresh terms of compromise filed vide Memo USR No.2603 of 2017, dated 25.10.2017.
