THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.39112 OF 2016 ORDER :

Alleging that respondents are trying to demolish the building of the petitioners bearing H.Nos.1-3-160/16 & 1-3-160/16/5/A, situated at Rajendhranagar, Mahabubnagar, Mahabubnagar District, Telangana State, this writ petition is filed. 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing counsel produced series of notices issued to the petitioners and the final notices issued. These notices are not challenged. According to learned Standing counsel copies of the notices were served on the petitioners.

Today, a copy of these notices is also furnished to the counsel for the petitioner. Since the notices were already issued, no direction as sought for can be granted.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies, if so advised, aggrieved by the notices issued to them. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
