O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Police Station, Dundigal, Cyberabad, is calling the petitioner to the police station and harassing him and threatening him to implicate in false cases.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 25.07.2018, denying the allegations of the petitioner. It is stated that a case in Cr.No.388 of 2018 dated 25.07.2018 was registered against the petitioner and another, on the file of Cyberabad Police Station, Dundigal, for the offence under Section 420 IPC, and investigation is taken up.

In view of the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and the guidelines laid down by Apex Court in ARNESH KUMAR vs. STATE OF BIHAR1 Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
