HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7759 of 2013 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by petitioners/A1 to A3, seeking quashment of proceedings in Crime No.660 of 2013 of Madhapur Police Station in which, they are charged for the offences under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of IPC. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 13.05.2016, addressed by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Madhapur P.S. to the Public Prosecutor and submitted that in this matter, Police, after investigation, referred the complaint as mistake of fact, and therefore, this petition has become infructuous and prayed to dismiss the same.

In view of the letter submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
