The principal complaint in the present writ petition is despite the order granted by this Court in W.P.No.38690 of 2016 on 10.11.2016, the District Collector, Civil Supplies, Warangal-2nd respondent herein, is neither disposing of the revision nor the respondents are permitting the petitioner to lift the stock.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that the revision of the petitioner will be disposed of shortly.

Therefore, if the revision is not disposed of within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the petitioner shall be permitted to lift the stock. 4.
With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
