This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: ".... to issue a Writ, Order or Orders, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 Lay charge sheet against the unofficial respondents herein immediately in respect of Crime No.47 of 2017 registered on the file of Lingal Police Station and consequently to declare the action of the Official Respondents 1 to 5 in not conducting the investigation as contemplated u/Sec.157 of Cr.P.C much less in not tracking the accused persons who are repeatedly committing very same of Offence as complaint against them i.e.- by showing dead persons alive and claiming Insurance from the Unofficial respondents as amounting to Highly Arbitrary Illegal and un-constitutional and pass such orders as may be deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice and in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the police filed Crl.MP.No.1672 of 2018 on 05-07-2018 under Section 311 (a) Cr.P.C. In the said MP, the defence counsel has to file counter, but he has taken three adjournments on 12-07-2018, 20-07-2018 and 07-08-2018. It is stated that after collection of specimen signatures, admitted signatures of accused and complainant and after sending the same to FSL, Hyderabad, an appropriate report/ charge-sheet will be filed before the concerned Court. It is also stated that investigation conducted

so far, it is revealed that petitioner No.2 along with other accused committed the offence.
