HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.11395 OF 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner in spite of the fact that the writ petition is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. This Court has no other option except to dismiss the case for default as well as for non-prosecution. Apart from that, a perusal of the case discloses that the writ petition is filed by a Voluntarily Retired Staff Association of Andhra Bank. If the members of the petitioner Association are aggrieved, they can still pursue their remedies in accordance with law.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default as well as for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
