THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 8706 OF 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.12 and 13 in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.23 of 2022 on the file of Gadwal Rural Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 307 read with 149 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ Accused Nos.12 and 13, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and perused the record.

Petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.12 and 13. As seen from the remand report of Accused Nos.1 to 7, 14 to 16, the allegations against the petitioners are that they were attacking the accused. The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and 14 were released on regular bail. There are no specific overt acts against the petitioners, who are Accused Nos.12 & 13.

In the said circumstances, the petitioners/accused Nos.12 and 13 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Gadwal Rural Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District, within a period of 15 days from today and upon such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/Accused Nos.12 & 13 on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties to the like sum each to their satisfaction.

The petitioners/ accused Nos.12 and 13 shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required. 6.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
