KS,J 08.11.2022 I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed by the petitionerAccused No.9 seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6088 of 2017 on 01.11.2017 while granting bail to the petitioner-Accused No.9 that after release he shall report before the Investigating Officer, RO Warangal on second and fourth Saturday of every month between 10.00 AM and 11.00 AM, till filing of the charge sheet. Learned Counsel for petitioner-Accused No.9 submits that eversince the date of order, the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court.

Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the condition imposed upon the petitioner-Accused No.9 in Crl.Petition No.6088 of 2017 on 01.11.2017, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. However, petitioner-Accused No.9 shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required for the purpose of investigation. Accordingly, IA is ordered.
