O R D E R :

The petitioner assails Proceedings No.HO/DAD/1399/729, dated 15/05/2014 as illegal and unconstitutional.

2. The petitioner makes independent grievance against the inaction of first respondent in disposing of the appeal dated 27/06/2014 presented against the dismissal order dated 15/05/2014.

3. At the time of hearing, Smt.Kalpana Ekbote, learned counsel appearing for respondents placed on record the order of appellate authority dated 07/03/2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner requests the court to give liberty to the petitioner to assail in a comprehensive instituted writ or proceedings the order of appellate authority dated 07/03/2015 and order dated 15/5/2014.

4. The writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
