Heard Ms.Sridevi counsel for petitioner and Sri M.Ravindra counsel for respondents.

Mr.Ravindra submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for the petitioner has paid the instalments and the same was accepted by the Department as well.

The statement is placed on record.

As no further is necessary, the writ petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
