THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.25906 of 2018 ORDER:

Though the inaction is the prayer, after perusing the material, this Court is of the view that the petitioner with a view to protect the right, possession and enjoyment or the grant said to have been made by the Government in favour of Yerra Cheruvu Mosque, can approach the Tribunal for all comprehensive reliefs.

On the alleged inaction, this Court is of the view that it does not decide or redress the issue. Hence, this Court is not pursuaded to entertain the writ petition. With the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
