Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the applications of the petitioner dated 26.8.2016 and 26.09.2016 filed under Form VI-A of A.P Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971and the Rules made thereunder, for rectification of revenue entries, are pending with the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said applications and dispose of the same after issuing notice to the effected parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
