O R D E R
Learned Government Pleader for Services - II submits that in compliance with the directions of this court in W.P.No.9726 of 2018 dated 23.03.2018, the respondent - Director of Town and Country Planning passed proceedings in Roc.No.225/2015/ME.1 dated 28-01-2019. Learned counsel has produced copy of the said proceedings.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said proceedings cannot be said to be compliance of the orders of this court in true spirit. The validity of the proceedings dated 28.01.2019 cannot be gone into in this contempt case and if the petitioner is aggrieved, he can challenge the same in accordance with law.
In view of the above, I do not see any contempt on the part of the respondent and the contempt case is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 28.01.2019 in accordance with law.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
