Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the case was committed to the Court of Sessions, and the Sessions Division assigned S.C.No.436 of 2014 and made over the same to the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, L.B. Nagar, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
