Ramachandra Rao) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that after filing of the Contempt Case, G.O.Ms. No.103, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (D1) Department dt.04.09.2019 has been issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and in view of the said G.O, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
