DURGA PRASAD RAO C.M.A. No. 552 of 2007 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) 1) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 26.03.2007 passed in O.P.No. 33 of 2006 by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, whereby the petition filed by the appellant - husband for grant of decree of divorce, dissolving the marriage between the appellant and the respondent, was dismissed.

2) The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the parties have compromised and the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, and to that effect, an Award dated 27.07.2016 has been passed, as such, this appeal may be disposed of in terms thereof. 3) In view of the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 27.07.2016 passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
