Though notice served, none appeared on behalf of the respondent. The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the docket order dated 09.09.2016 in I.A.No.508 of 2016 in O.S.No.115 of 2014 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla.

In view of the orders passed on 05.11.2018 by this Court in C.R.P.No.5404 of 2016, the civil revision petition is allowed setting aside docket order dated 09.09.2016 in I.A.No.508 of 2016 in O.S.No.115 of 2014 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla and directed the Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla to call for the account opening form of Mangamuri Madhu Babu relating to SB A/c No.32528838139 from the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Varagani. There shall be no order as to costs.
