Learned Advocate for petitioner submitted that as per Circular No.VI/401/2/5/2001, dated 29.10.2007, petitioner has to file civil suit, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw writ petition with liberty to take appropriate legal steps for correction of his Date of Birth.

2. In view of the submission of learned advocate for petitioner, permission as sought for is accorded.
