THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI I.A.No.1 OF 2018 IN/AND Writ Petition No.20270 OF 2010 COMMON ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking verbatim the following relief:
"... to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the order in O.A.No.25 of 2009 dated 29-7-2010 on the file of A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Vijayawada, Krishna District and consequently to set aside the same and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, of the learned Government Pleader for Co-operation, appearing for the 1st respondent, of the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent - Society and of the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent. I have perused the material record. 3.
When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented as follows: 'The parties concerned entered into a compromise. The terms of compromise are reduced into writing in the form of a Joint Memo, dated 14.08.2018, which is signed by both parties and their respective counsel. The said Joint Memo is filed into Court along with I.A.No.1 of 2018, which is filed with a request to record the Joint Memo and dispose of the Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition may be disposed of accordingly.'

Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, including the learned Government Pleader, and perused the
MSRM, J W.P.No.20270 of 2010 Joint Memo, dated 14.08.2018, this Court is satisfied that the submissions can be recorded and the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the joint memo.

Recording the submissions, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo, dated 14.08.2018, filed by the petitioners and the 3rd respondent. The Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the Joint Memo, dated 14.08.2018, to this order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
