The strenuous argument by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not involved in any crime. His name is not found place either in the FIR or in the chargesheet or in the cognizance order much less in any evidence during trial of the acquittal of the other accused. When such is the case, there is nothing to quash any of the proceedings against him.
