HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.22327 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in orally instructing the petitioner not to attend his duties as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the Circular No.12/STF/03/95 dated 16.01.1995 issued by the first respondentbank and consequently direct the respondents to continue the services of the petitioner.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 07.06.2016. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this writ petition shall stand closed.
