HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7792 of 2018 ORDER:

As there is no material as to all other so called prime accused were granted bail and there from to say the petitioner/ A8's entitlement is even taken as alleged abettor for the entire material since available with the trial Court if at all as to what apply in granting bail to the other accused and whether he is entitled to the concession.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to approach the learned Special Judge.

Permission is accorded as sought for.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
