Sri Somireddy Chandra Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would represent that cause in the present Transfer C.M.P. does not survive and thereby the Transfer C.M.P. has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission of the learned counsel, the present Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
