HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1099 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in insisting for 'No Objection' Certificate from the District Collector and Clearance from the Spl.Officer and competent Authority, Urban land Ceiling, vide Lr.No.22693/02/04/2014/HO/1819, dated 30.08.2014, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to sanction the building permission for construction of third floor over the existing cellar, Ground + 2 Upper floors in Sy.No.47 (P), situated at Gachibowli, Hyderabad, without insisting for 'No Objection' certificate from the District Collector and Clearance from the Special officer and Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Dr.Y.Padmavathi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

It is represented by the learned counsel for both the parties that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 22.01.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.774 of 2015. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order dated 22.01.2015. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
