THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29442 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.5 in not fixing the schedule date for conducting elections to the petitioner society and for a consequential direction to appoint the existing Managing Committee as person in charge of the petitioner society as the date of the present term expired on 30.08.2017.

Learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 28.08.2017 passed by respondent No.5 appointing the present committee as the Non Official Person-inCharge Committee with effect from 30.08.2017 for a period of six months or till the date of elections, whichever is earlier. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand closed.
