Notice got issued to respondent No.2 is also served as per Track Consignment dated 15.10.2025.

I.A.No.2 of 2025 is allowed in view of the reasons mentioned in Para Nos.2 and 3 of the affidavit.

CRP.No.2147 of 2022 C.R.P. is restored as per orders in IA.No.2 of 2025.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.1 to 4, personal notice is permitted.
