HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9259 of 2014 ORDER :
This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.222 of 2014 which is the outcome of Crime No.145 of 2013 of Mahabubnagar Rural police station registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 I.P.C.
2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the accused was convicted after trial and hearing and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.
3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
