The learned counsel appearing for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition and to that effect he made an endorsement on the bundle. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
