THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2018 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7805 OF 2018 ORDER:
I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2018 These miscellaneous petitions are filed seeking permission to compromise and compound the offences to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1476 of 2017 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324,506, 120(B) IPC. The petitioners/A-1 to A-2 and the first respondent/ defacto complainant are present and they are identified by their respective counsel and produced Photostat copies of Aadhar cards to prove their identity.
A joint compromise memo dated 24.07.2018 is filed by both the parties, when terms of compromise are explained in Urdu language by Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, they are admitted to be true and correct. Further, it is now submitted that, both the petitioners/A-1 to A-2 and the first respondent/ defacto complainant voluntarily entered into compromise due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they wanted to lead peaceful life.
Therefore, I find that the compromise is voluntary in the interest of both parties and permission is granted to compound the offence. Hence, compromise is recorded in terms of the joint compromise memo dated 24.07.2018 filed along with these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
