This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.869 of 2012 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the Senior Civil Judge Court, at Suryapet, to be tried along withO.P.No.50 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
